Lemon Basil Garlic Butter

1/2 cup butter, salted ,softened
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh lemon basil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix altogether until blended well.
Serve right away or wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve for up to a week.
Makes ½ cup.
