Tomatoes- San Marzanos

This is a half bushel of San Marzanos tomatoes. It's packed into a 5/9th bushel box (same as the Family Share size, for reference). It is about 28# of tomatoes per box.
 
These are an heirloom variety. The flesh is thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is stronger, sweeter, and less acidic.
