Last Call!

Hello all!

Greetings to you and yours. Hope everyone was able to go outside and get a little sunshine today!!

Farmer Kelsi is here to tell you, this is the last weekend to sign up!

If you only have two minutes and don't have time to keep reading, the only take-home message that I have is we are selling our CSAs faster than ever before. We will be closing Membership at the end of the weekend, or when we fill our harvest capacity. So if you are interested in getting a CSA this season and haven't signed up, now is the time!!

If you go to the Membership page and don’t see any options to sign up there, it means we’ve sold out for the season.

Coming soon, to a CSA box in your kitchen.

We added Instagram! I know many of you are rolling your eyes thinking thank goodness, finally! Some of you are thinking, what’s Instagram and why is it important? It’s another social media channel, it’s an app just like Facebook but Instagram is meant for quick short posts and pictures. I will still post to our Facebook too! You’ll notice that our Insta is pretty empty right now, but if you give me a couple months I’ll make sure to get some content up there this spring & of course throughout the farm season!

If you want to follow us on Instagram here is our link:

We are adding a new site in Big Lake! We originally had a CSA pick up site at Ben's parents house but since they moved last fall we've been trying to figure out another location close to that for our existing members convenience. We did it!! We will be delivering to Svea Hill Church on CR15 just right down the road from where the previous site was. We will also keep the pick up site in town, at Saron Lutheran Church. If you have signed up for a CSA in town and want to change it, just shoot me an email and we'll get that updated for you. I will also be reaching out to anyone who signed up in Big Lake to offer them a site change so you could wait for me if you want (I plan to do that Monday morning).

Our primary avenue on CSA communication will continue to be through the website. Of course you know that we’ll still be sending out the weekly newsletters via email that will include all of the varieties that week that’ll be in your CSA along with recipes, storage tips, and fun tricks from the kitchen!

Below is some meal prep. In the middle of the winter, I would happily welcome prepping all these pretty veggies!!

OK so... right now, this really is, the LAST CALL!! Now you know that today and maybe tomorrow will be the last days that we accept CSAs for the season. We'd be happy if you joined us again <3

Stay well friends,

~The Farmer’s Wife
