Bell Peppers- Bushel

This is a whole bushel box full of bell peppers. The bushel box is the same size as the Jumbo Share CSA, for reference.
 
These will be mostly green peppers because it's too early in the season to see red peppers (we should have some this fall). 
 
Great for canning, or just chopping and freezing!
