Bell Peppers- Peck

This is a peck of bell peppers, (a half of a half bushel). So it's right around 10-12 bell peppers; it is measured by volume so it depends on how big the peppers are. 
 
These will be mostly green peppers because it's too early in the season to see red peppers (we should have some this fall). 
 
Great for canning, or just chopping and freezing!
