Bell Peppers- Peck

This is half of a half bushel. So it's between 10-12 bell peppers (it's measured by volume so it depends on the size of the peppers). 
 
These will be mostly green peppers because it's too early in the season to see red peppers (we should have some this fall). 
 
Great for canning, or just chopping and freezing!
 
We will include green bell peppers unless we see otherwise in the notes below. Other sweet peppers that are available are: white bells, purple bells, sweet banana & gypsy peppers.
