Food Shelf Supporting Share

This is returning for 2026! We have been working with CAER (Community Aid Elk River), for many years. We have donated our surplus produce to them for almost a decade. We donate everything from lettuces to beans, peppers and winter squash, etc. they see a little bit of everything we grow during the harvest season, when we have surpluses.
 
Our Members knew we were working with CAER and asked about how they could help contribute to the donations; how to get more produce to the food shelf. So in 2022, we started offering the "Food Shelf Supporting Shares" in $25 increments. Our goal is to collect $1825 (2 Jumbo Shares) in total, and then Ben and I will match the donations. So we will donate 2 Jumbo Shares ourselves, making our weekly delivery to the food shelf 4 Jumbo Shares in total. We deliver there every Wednesday (during harvest season) from June 24th through Sept 30th, 2026.
 
I have set the availability to 73, which is the cost of the 2 Jumbo Shares. If we don't raise that sum, we will still double whatever we collect for the Food Shelf Supporting Shares & donate that many Shares to CAER every week. 
 
In the last 5 years we collectively donated over 25,000 pounds of fresh produce!! It is incredible what we can do when we come together, and this is a pretty unique initiative to partner with our local food shelf. Thank you for your support!!
