This is a half bushel of regular tomatoes. It's packed into a 5/9th bushel box (same as the Family Share size, for reference). It is about 25# of regular tomatoes per box.
These larger slicing tomatoes are known for their flavor. They are sweeter than roma tomatoes and also have a higher water content. It takes a little longer to cook these down for sauces or salsa but many enjoy these for the flavor too.
