INGREDIENTS: 2 cups Buttercup Squash, cooked and mashed
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Rolled oats
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Salt INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Spread the mashed buttercup squash over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
