Kohlrabi & Radish Slaw

INGREDIENTS: 3 cups peeled and shredded kohlrabi (2 medium sized)
1 cup shredded radish
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS:
Use the shredding blade from a food processor.
*You can shred by hand but it's worth the investment in my opinion- for this recipe and more to come too. A food processor makes everything faster.
Stir together the kohlrabi, radish, and carrot in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
Stir the dressing into the vegetables. Check and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving, it'll let out a little of it's own juice too. CREDIT TO: www.savorymomentsblog.com/2020/08/kohlrabi-and-radish-slaw.html
