Lettuce Pesto

INGREDIENTS: 3 cups Salad Greens

1 ounce Parmesan Cheese

⅓ cup Pine Nuts

⅛ cup Olive Oil

3 Garlic Cloves

2 tablespoons Melted Butter

Salt & pepper to taste



INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on low for about 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. If the pesto is difficult to blend, scrape down the sides and add a teaspoon of olive oil or water.
